The Story
Reprise was born when founder Sarah discovered that her favorite workout leggings were made from the same material as plastic bottles. She set out to prove that high-performance activewear could be made entirely from plants. Every single Reprise piece is crafted from 100% Tencel lyocell — a fiber derived from sustainably harvested wood pulp. No polyester, no nylon, no spandex. The result is activewear that feels buttery soft, performs during intense workouts, and returns to the earth at end of life.
Materials Philosophy
Reprise uses exclusively Tencel lyocell, a closed-loop fiber made from eucalyptus wood pulp. The production process recovers 99% of solvents, uses 10x less water than cotton, and the resulting fabric is naturally moisture-wicking, temperature-regulating, and biodegradable. Every component — from fabric to thread to labels — is plastic-free.
