The Story
Pact was founded in Boulder, Colorado in 2009 to make organic and Fair Trade clothing accessible to everyone — not just those who can afford premium prices. They've proven that sustainable doesn't have to mean expensive. Their organic cotton activewear and loungewear starts at just $28, made in Fair Trade Certified factories with GOTS-certified organic cotton. Pact has prevented over 114 billion gallons of water from being used in conventional cotton farming.
Materials Philosophy
Pact uses exclusively GOTS-certified organic cotton — meaning every step from field to finished garment meets strict environmental and social criteria. Their cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides or GMOs, using rain-fed agriculture that conserves water. All production happens in Fair Trade Certified factories where workers earn fair wages and work in safe conditions.
