Brand Questions

Does ONDU ship products?

No, ONDU does not ship products because we do not sell products directly. As a curated product directory, our role is to help you discover the best natural-fiber products and connect you with the brands that make them. When you find a product on ONDU and click through to purchase, you are buying directly from the brand, and the brand handles all shipping and delivery.

Shipping policies, costs, and delivery times vary by brand. Some brands offer free shipping above a certain order threshold, while others charge flat rates or calculate shipping based on your location. International shipping availability also differs from brand to brand. We recommend checking each brand's shipping policy before placing your order.

If you have questions about a specific order, delivery status, or shipping costs, you will need to contact the brand directly since ONDU does not have access to order or shipping information. Each brand's contact information is available on their website, which you access through our product links.
