Brand Questions

Is ONDU a marketplace?

No, ONDU is not a marketplace. We are a curated product directory and discovery platform. This means we do not sell products directly, process payments, or handle shipping and returns. Instead, we research and organize the best natural-fabric products from vetted brands and provide direct links to each brand's own website where you can make your purchase.

This directory model has several advantages for consumers. You always buy directly from the brand, which means you get the brand's full customer service, return policy, and warranty coverage. It also means ONDU can remain editorially independent in our curation process since we are focused on recommending the best products rather than maximizing sales of our own inventory.

Think of ONDU as a trusted guide to the natural-fiber clothing landscape. We do the research so you do not have to spend hours reading labels and comparing brands. When you find something you like on ONDU, you click through to buy it directly from the brand that made it.
